SHIPPING
FLAT RATE ON ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS

- Express post $14.95
International
- All orders are send Australia Post Standard Shipping - Flat Rate $25
- Any additional charges, such as local taxes, customs and/or duties once the product reaches your country, are not included in the price shown at the checkout and are the responsibility of the person taking delivery of the product
Processing Time
- We aim to dispatch your order on business days within 48 hours
- Allow an additional 5-7 business days for personalisation
- Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking notification via email
- All orders are sent from our studio in regional South Australia
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@lanamara.com with with your order number.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
Full Price Items
All full price items are eligible for a refund. This includes items that have been purchased with the first order discount.
No return on Earrings, Gift Cards and Custom.
Sale Items
Items on Sale and part of Promotional Sales are valid for a store credit return. Store Credit valid for 3 years.
Damage/ Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable Items
Customised products – this includes special orders or personalised items
Earrings – for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns
Gift Cards – are non refundable
Exchanges
We hare happy to provide an exchange, however we can't hold online items. The fastest way to ensure you secure your item is to return for a refund and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Processing Time
Once a return is received we will notify you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or a store credit will be issued depending on your return. You will receive an email notification when processed.
Please note refunds may take a few business days for your financial institution to complete the transaction.
