FLAT RATE ON ALL DOMESTIC ORDERS
- Complimentary shipping over $250
- Flat Rate $9.95 under $250
- Express Post $14.95
International
- All orders are sent Australia Post Standard Shipping - Flat Rate $25 AUD
- Any additional charges, such as local taxes, customs and/or duties once the product reaches your country, are not included in the price shown at the checkout and are the responsibility of the person taking delivery of the product
Processing Time
- We aim to dispatch your order on business days within 48 hours, during promotional periods please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch.
- Allow an additional 5-7 business days for personalisation
- Once your order is dispatched you will receive your tracking notification via email
- All orders are sent from our studio in regional South Australia
Pre Orders
- If an item has been purchased on pre-order alongside other items, they will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is back in stock (unless otherwise arranged)
Holiday/Peak Season Shipping
- We dispatch with Australia Post from our regional SA studio so our cut off dates are slightly earlier for Christmas delivery: for guaranteed delivery standard shipping by Wednesday 15/12/2025 and express post by 17/12/2025.
