Refund policy
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@lanamara.com with with your order number.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
Holiday/Peak Season Returns
During promotional and peak periods we offer an extended return policy of 30 days, this includes orders placed between 27/11/2025 and 26/12/2025.
Due to high volume of orders during this time please allow up to 10 business days for processing refunds.
Full Price Items
All full price items are eligible for a refund. This includes items that have been purchased with the first order discount.
No return on earrings (for reasons of hygiene) gift cards and custom orders.
Sale Items
Items that are part of Promotional Sales are valid for a store credit return. Items marked Final Sale are not valid for credit, exchange or refund. Store Credit valid for 3 years.
Damage/ Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@lanamara.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue.
Exchanges
We are happy to provide an exchange, however we can't hold online items. The fastest way to ensure you secure your item is to return for a refund and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Pre-orders
Shipping dates on Pre-Order items are not guaranteed and are estimates only. Pre-order styles are not guaranteed to ship on the date listed. All Pre-Order styles are subject to delays.
Orders containing pre-order items will ship in its entirety.
Processing Time
Once a return is received we will notify you. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or a store credit will be issued depending on your return. You will receive an email notification when processed.
Please note refunds may take a few business days for your financial institution to complete the transaction.
