Where is my order?
Once your order leaves our studio in regional South Australia, you'll receive a tracking notification by email so you can follow it all the way to your door.
What are your shipping options?
For Australian orders: complimentary shipping when you spend $150 or more, a flat rate of $9.95 under $150, or Express Post for $14.95. Every piece is sent with care, packaged to arrive as beautifully as it was made.
Do you ship internationally?
We do. International orders are sent via Australia Post Standard Shipping at a flat rate of $25 AUD. Please note that any local taxes, customs or duties charged once your parcel reaches its destination are the responsibility of the person receiving it.
How long until my order is dispatched?
Once your order leaves our studio in regional South Australia, you'll receive a tracking notification by email so you can follow it all the way to your door. We aim to dispatch Ready-to-wear within 48 hours on business days. for Made-to-order pieces allow up to 14 days for dispatch. During promotional periods, please allow up to 7 business days for Ready-to-wear, and an additional 14 business days for Made-to-order pieces.
I've ordered a Pre-order or Made-to-order piece — when will it arrive?
Pre-order and Made-to-order pieces are part of our slow crafted philosophy, a more sustainable way of creating. If your order includes a Pre-order or Made-to-Order item alongside other Ready-to-wear pieces, everything will be held and shipped together once the Pre-order or Made-to-order piece is ready (unless we've arranged otherwise with you via email info@lanamara.com). Estimated shipping dates are our best guide, though not guaranteed.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days from the time of receiving your piece to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, in its original condition, with tags and original packaging intact.
Do you offer exchanges?
We're happy to help you find the right piece. As we can't hold items online, the surest way to secure the piece you want is to return your original for a refund and place a new order separately. Please email us on info@lanamara.com to arrange your exchange within our 14-day return policy.
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at info@lanamara.com with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back, as items returned without an approved request can't be accepted. Return shipping is the sender's responsibility.
My piece arrived damaged or faulty — what now?
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us within 3 days at info@lanamara.com if anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered.
Are there any pieces I can't return?
For reasons of hygiene, earrings can't be returned. Gift cards and Made-to-order pieces are also final. Ready-to-wear sale items are eligible for store credit (valid for three years), while anything marked Final Sale isn't eligible for credit, exchange or refund.

Payment & Pricing
Do you offer a discount for first orders?
We do. You can join our newsletter for $20 off your first full-price purchase (minimum spend $70), plus early access to new collections, promotions and in person popups and events.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards, along with PayPal, Afterpay and Klarna — we also offer our exclusive Try at home concierge so you can try your items at home first before you purchase (up to 3 pieces).
Warranty & Repairs
Do you offer repairs?
For any repair enquiries, please email us at info@lanamara.com with your order number and a few photos of the piece, and we'll let you know the options. For repairs that fall outside the 6 month warranty, any repair and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What isn't covered?
Because our pieces are gold-plated and set with natural stones, some things sit naturally outside the warranty: fading or wearing of gold plating, which softens gently over time with wear; tarnishing or discolouration from contact with water, perfume or chemicals; stretched or broken chains; bent or broken earring posts; dents, scratches, chipping or peeling; stones chipped or broken on impact with a hard surface; lost pieces, or repairs made by a third party; general wear and tear, accidental damage, or pieces not cared for as guided. A little care goes a long way — our Product Care guide will help your piece stay beautiful for years to come.
Do your pieces come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Lanamara piece is covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing faults, from the date of your order. We stand behind the hands that make our jewellery — if something isn't right, we want to know. Please note the warranty becomes void if a piece has been misused, altered, or repaired by someone outside our studio.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty covers genuine manufacturing faults, such as: a clasp that fails due to a fault in its mechanism; a loose or missing stone, where there's no sign of impact, bent settings or knocks to the metal; a fault that traces back to the crafting process itself. More About Our Jewellery
How do I care for my jewellery?
Gold-plated pieces are best loved through occasional wear — plating is never permanent and will naturally soften over time, more quickly with exposure to water, perfume, cosmetics and chemicals. Always remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising or moisturising. Clean gently with warm water and a very soft brush (a little mild soap only if needed), dry with a soft cloth, and store each piece in its protective pouch between wears. Treat natural stones tenderly, as they can chip on impact with hard surfaces.
Where is Lanamara jewellery made?
Lanamara is designed in Australia and handcrafted by skilled artisan partners around the world. Some pieces are crafted in their entirity in artisan workshops overs and some pieces are put together by hand in our studio in regional South Australia. We work with our makers directly, honouring traditional craft and supporting the communities who keep it alive.
What are your pieces made from?
Our collections are crafted from ethical materials, including natural stones and gold-plated brass. Each piece is handcrafted by our global artisan partners — made slowly, by hand, with intention.
Try At Home Concierge
How does Try Before You Buy work?
Our home try-on concierge lets you live with your pieces before you commit. Choose up to 3 items using the Try Before You Buy button at checkout. We'll place a hold on your card for the order total — a pending transaction, but you won't be charged yet. You then have 4 days to try everything on at home once it arrives.
What if I want to send some pieces back?
Keep what you love, return the rest. You only pay for the pieces you keep, please note there is a $10 restocking fee if you return everything.
