Once an order is finalised unfortunately you are unable to make any changes. However please email us as soon as you can at info@lanamara.com and we will do what we can to assist.

Once your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. All orders are sent via Australia Post

We accept returns on all products given the following conditions are met: 

Item/s are returned within 14 days of receipt Item/s are unworn, undamaged, in original packaging with tags attached and in saleable condition.
