- Once we fulfill the order, you will receive a virtual gift card with the unique gift card code
- You can either print out or email it to the recipient
- The recipient may then use the code at checkout to redeem its value

- All orders are sent Australia Post Standard Shipping - Flat Rate $25
- Any additional charges, such as local taxes, customs and/or duties once the product reaches your country, are not included in the price shown at the checkout and are the responsibility of the person taking delivery of the product
Processing Time
- We aim to dispatch your order on business days within 48 hours, during sale period please allow up to 4-5 business days for dispatch.
Pre Orders
- If an item has been purchased on pre-order alongside other items, they will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is back in stock (unless otherwise arranged)
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
