How does it work?
- Each gift card arrives by email
- Our gift cards are for online use only and can’t be redeemed at our stockists
- If the Digital Gift Card is not redeemed in full, the balance is valid for 3 years from the date of issue
- If the entire value of the Digital Gift Card is not redeemed within 3 years, the balance will be forfeited
- Digital Gift Cards are not returnable, redeemable for cash or transferable between currencies
- Digital Gift Cards cannot be purchased with an existing Lanamara Gift Card or Store Credit.

- If an item has been purchased on pre-order alongside other items, they will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is back in stock (unless otherwise arranged)
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
